My second time on being the volunteer photographer of a charity in Hong Kong, Mother's Choice. It was an event organised by the Foster Care unit where we went to Tuen Man to listen to a talk on child abuse. We then had lunch buffet at the Golden Coast Hotel.
I am not allowed to upload the pictures that I took on the event to anywhere at anytime, this is to protect the privacy of the Foster Care families and children.

I had a really good and fun time today, especially with two of the children; they were brother and sister. The little sister was very sensitive to my camera, whenever she saw me with the camera pointing at her, she would immediately posed for me to take a picture. I think she was 3 years old. Very cute and quiet little girl, with a lovely smile that melted my heart away. Her elder brother, on the other hand, was very chatty. He was completely fascinated by my DSLR. He asked me many times that he wanted to use my camera to take pictures. I held the camera and let him use it. I taught him to look through the viewfinder. I taught him where the shutter button is. I taught him that he needed to half press the shutter to see a clear image before fully pressed it to take a good picture. I taught him which button to press to retrieve the pictures he took. I taught which button to press to delete the pictures he doesn't want.
We saw a famous TV star in the hotel and the little boy was asking me to take him to see the TV star but I refused and he asked me why and said he REALLy wanted to see him. I had to explain to him that the TV star was enjoying a lunch with his family and we should let him enjoy it.
The two children told me to hold their hands to take a walk, which made me so happy . We went to take a look at the sea, and the little boy told me that he loved swimming.

I really enjoyed the day
